At GBF Community Services, we take the health and wellness of our community seriously. That is why we have developed this BINGO card in partnership with the West Lincoln Memorial Hospital Mental Health team.

This initiative is to help promote your mental wellness by encouraging healthful choices and for easy-to-try, small steps to improve your mental health.
